It was touching for me to see how many students found their way to Meridian and Medicinal Chi Kung.  And even more to see the beautiful transformation processes on the level of body, soul and mind. The Medicinal Chi Kung – 48 movements will remain available even now that the training is already halfway, but also in the years to come. It allows everyone to build a long-term transformation process that fits in the specific conditions of you life. So even if you could not keep up with the new movements, please keep chewing and cultivating on your own pace.
 
As you have noticed for sure, these exercises have many, many layers. And although the online form has served well, it also has its limits. For that reason, we will organize 3 days of ‘Medicinal Chi Kung - practice days. During these 3 days I will repeat and deepen the exercises.  So, I count on the fact that you already know the exercise. Since you have the recordings, you can always learn them. From there on I assure you that we can bring your MCK to a whole new level. My corrections and practicing with others will allow you to experience the medicinal effect of these movements on a much deeper layer.


The Live sessions also allow us to go deeper into your specific condition and how you can do the exercises to have a good effect on the transformation of body and mind.
