Many people soon feel an increase in their energy levels, suppleness and strength when practicing Meridian Chi Kung.
However, I often see that the initial growth from the beginning after a while starts to fade.
That's because of the way they practice and more precisely because they do not understand the core of Meridian Chi Kung very well.
During these 2 days I will elaborate on this core and teach you how to achieve a greater depth of exercises, but also a new depth in your health and inner alchemy process, by using breathing, awareness and intentions in the movements.
Conditions
Or you are Meridian Chi Kung Teacher 6 or 18 movements.
Or you are practicing towards a Meridian Chi Kung Teacher certification and you have 1 recommendation from a certified Meridian Chi Kung Teacher.

Certification
This training is a mandatory component in order to certify as an Meridian Chi Kung Teacher - 6 basic movements or 18 movements, in Alchemy of Movement & Vitality, or to certify as a Life Projects Coach, but you can follow this training separately as well without certifying.
