The Life Force Ritual (LFR) was created about a decade ago, but has gone through an intense transformation over the past 3 years, making it much more powerful and accessible.
The life force ritual is a prayer or meditation in motion. It describes the cosmic creation story as every spiritual tradition tells it in its own words. However, in the LFR it is not in words, in a concept or writing, but through natural, harmonious movements in the form of symbols. These together form a language that every body and soul remembers. It connects you to your origin, your deep nature, your true potential and your possible destination.
Everyone knows the story of how the great source of life has manifested itself in the universe, the earth, all life forms and in "you". But for most, this remains a theory, a concept or a belief. That is because we are trying to understand it through the mind, while it is about something much deeper.
Consciously moving as is known in Tai Chi, Chi Kung or yoga gives you a direct experience of the unity of body, soul and spirit.The LFR adds to these principles of movement the power and awareness of ancient symbols from Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. These guide you through the cosmic creation process in 5 phases: from 'origin' to 'creation', 'cosmic order', 'energy / healing' to 'integration'. The effect is, in my experience and that of many students, a very powerful shift in consciousness.
The LFR is a unique way to connect with your spiritual ancestral line. In addition to an earthly bloodline or ancestral line, each of us also has a spiritual ancestral line. Few modern people are connected to this. When this line is open and connects to the earthly bloodline, there is a big shift in the energy level and the level of consciousness. It gives the feeling of being led, of happiness and "that things are good the way they are".
People who do the LFR experience a deep initiation in which they experience the original unity with heaven, earth and the life elements. It gives you a feeling of being supported by the great source of life. It awakens timeless wisdom in you and gives you vitality and strength on your path.
During the 2 days you will learn the 6 movements, described in the book, in detail. We do this through the necessary background to create and practice together in a powerful energy field. In the book I also speak about the sounds manifested by the 'energy master Tareth'. I will also use these sounds to enhance the effect of the symbols and movements.
In addition to the LFR, the new book is also about "the secret of the 7 islands", referring to the 7 Canary Islands. You will learn a movement that helps you connect to both the celestial and terrestrial chakra systems. This gives you a deep sense of coming home and at the same time a powerful consciousness expansion. You will also learn the meditation associated with this movement. In short, a richly filled two-days that is valuable for the complete beginner, but also for the more experienced LFR practitioner.
