Inner Alchemy & Consciousness Training - module 2 - 2021

The Inner Alchemy - awareness training is a fusion of Eastern and Western alchemy in a simple, practical and extremely efficient form.

This workshop is about exploring and deepening the eastern elements (earth, water, fire, metal, wood), but also the western elements (earth, fire, water and air / space). Those are 2 different systems with different fields of application that both play an important role in alchemical inner alchemy. We can get to know the elements through the brain, but the energy in direct contact with nature is more direct and many times stronger. Dirk guides the participants as it always happened in the alchemy traditions, namely through initiation into the elements. It is about closing the gap between your body and nature through direct experience.

Module 2 is also about strengthening the energy body. An open energy center in the abdomen is the ideal growth ground for the soul state. This requires a deeper grounding and at the same time a more open body. While the core just felt like an energy ball in the beginning, the feeling of a life grows in you through the subsidence of the soul, the nourishment of the elements of nature and a deeper grounding. This process also involves a change in your relationship with the earth. The earth and the spirits that go with it can open for you, so that your body can also open from the inside. This is only possible by learning to feel the different bodies and cultivate through awareness and intention.

In order to bring the natural values and colors of the soul more and more to the fore, more balance is needed in your emotions and thoughts. We do this through introspection and initiations in the Western 4 elements to open the vertical connection between heaven and earth. Then also with the Eastern 5 elements to activate the nature field. Once these energies are fused into a core in the abdomen, one can continue to open the energy channelsand refine and enhance the internal water and fire quality. This causes a lot of change in the quality of your relationships. This module also includes 5 Elements Chi Kung. A form with 5 subtle (prenatal) and 5 more physical (postnatal) movements that bring you into direct contact with the specific quality of each element.

A challenging, intense 5-day for both beginners and advanced.
