Inner Alchemy  – module 1: activate your life core (Tantien) and 3 life axes Chi Kung

Inner Alchemy is the awareness centre of the Life Projects method. While other Life Projects workshops are often about physical movement, or applying it in your life, we focus here in this awareness training on inner self-realization.

This module is completely devoted to the understanding of the 3 meditative illusions. It really helps you to come back "online" into your life. Back in the vertical axis between heaven and earth.

The core of human suffering comes from our faulty (illusionary) connection with life, earth and heaven. You will learn to open your connection to life, heaven and earth again and to arrive at a much greater intensity of life.

The classes are made up of theory, gentle exercises and self-massage and much sitting or lying meditation and even darkroom meditations.

Entry Conditions

  • This training is suitable for the complete beginner as the for experienced meditation practitioner.
  • The only requirement is a willingness and desire for inner consciousness.

We offer several Inner Alchemy modules. These modules form a whole, but can also be followed separately and in any order. They give you all the necessary tools and information start the inner alchemy process effectively. Check our calendar for more info. (You can filter it to "Alchemy of Life", so that the list becomes shorter).

Please register at least 14 days in advance through the registration form below. So that we can make all practical arrangements in time in order for this training to take place.

Certification
