This is a course for women only.
For women who long for LIFE from their true nature.
We want to share this happy and peaceful feeling and joy with other women!
Honoring the feminine wisdom, feeling that you are carried and nurtured by mother earth.
The simplicity of being who you are, your true nature. Feeling, experiencing, touching, being, sharing and following together what arises from the female consciousness.
Living from your feminine consciousness. Living in connection with the dark earth core. Living in connection with your heart and yet deeply grounded. Living from the total honoring of your female body.
We go deeper into stimulating and exploring our sensuality as a woman and the connection with the unconditional love in our hearts.
We learn how to become completely one again with our yoni and its wonderful, divine power. We free our feminine, sensual power by pushing boundaries, limitations, thinking patterns. The willingness to do so is necessary and the lessons give you all the tools for more vibrancy, a radiant sensuality, a stable feminine power.

- Deep heart-yoni connection.
- Breast massage: opening the (self) love in our hearts
- Yoni massage: embracing the sacredness of our yoni.
- Transcending age-old shame.
- Knowledge and learning to work with pelvic muscles and sexual reflex zones.
- Healing yoni exercises.
- 5 E Yoga and dance to open and enjoy our life energy
- Stimulate spiritual energy.
- Central axis connecting to earth/sky.
- Room to share experiences/questions.
- Initiation in working with the jade egg.

Conditions of Participation
To participate, Katrien asks for your commitment in three areas:
- Your willingness to dive into the techniques taught.
- Your full presence during the entire training. An intense and special relationship is created between the women and in this way we can support and stimulate each other as a group.
