ALCHEMY OF CREATION: THE 8 CORE PRINCIPLES OF TRUE LEADERSHIP

About 15 years ago, out of the blue, the idea of ​​working with leaders and their organizations came to me. I saw it as an adventure and a learning process, but I already felt that I had something to contribute in this field. During these years I have worked for many companies from almost all sectors. Ranging from the government, top sports, large companies to prisons, schools… With the leaders of these organizations, I visited power places and spiritual masters all over the world. Many have told me that they are very grateful to me for what this has changed in their lives. I myself share that gratitude, but I also feel that it is time for a change of course. The current world crisis has certainly helped me to see this clearly.

Most of the leaders in power now, have such a strong attachment to the system and their position that they do not see what is really going on and do not intend to truly do things differently. However, the current system is no longer viable and is now twisting itself in all possible turns, before certain death.

But there are also true leaders. Leaders who put truth and values ​​first and are not attached to their position and material wealth. These leaders come partly from the existing system, but there are many other potential leaders who don't even realize they are leaders yet. After all, natural leadership does not come from a mental plan or manipulation, but from the congruence of your words and actions. In other words, it is a natural consequence of your state of being and the realization of your Life Project. Your ability to create naturally.

In our new approach we have replaced the old name 'Alchemy of Leadership' with 'Alchemy of Creation – True Leadership'. This training is open to leaders from the existing system, those who feel the longing to explore their natural leadership abilities as well as to students who completed the Alchemy of Life year training and are now working to create their Life Project.

For myself, the 8 Core Principles of Creation are my most important discovery of the past year. It's about the art of living and creating like everything else in the entire universe does. We, as humanity, have been doing it our own way for about a century. With all its consequences.

Wisdom says it is good to listen again to what is real and unchanging. And this is possible!

What are these 8 core principles about?

What would it be like to rejoin those organizations that have been truly successful for billions of years? During this compact workshop I mirror the laws that nature, the earth and the universe use, with how we humans organize ourselves and do things. Everywhere in the cosmos there is the same law of how life works. Because we as humans do things differently, the success we can achieve is limited. There lies tremendous potential waiting for any leader who is ready to see it.
