Rhythm is one of the most important keys in discovering the true nature of the body and to reach the deeper layers of consciousness and vitality. If you say rhythm then you naturally think of sound/music and movement. Every living being is a symphony of sound, light and movement. If the being is in harmony then it sounds and looks beautiful! If there is inner tension and conflict, then the sound is out of tune and beauty disappears.
Each of us feels more or less on a conscious level their heart rate and breathing rhythm. From a medical point of view, we know that our stomach, intestines and even our cells open and close rhythmically to work properly. But there are all kinds of other rhythms: such as the rhythm of your brain, organs, membranes,.. of which only little is known in the medical world. Even more in the depth of the energy body (beyond matter) you can find a rich palette of different rhythms and vibrations which often show themselves as sound or colour at the same time.
This module is about the principles of the water element. The ability to surrender and to merge with the great flow of life. The good news is that everybody remembers this state of natural balance and effortlessness.
Learning to observe the different energetic rhythms allows you to sink deeper in the energy and information and also come closer to the vital source where all living bodies come from. That's where rhythm - sound - movement merge together in a great wave of life. Apart from learning to feel the unfamiliar rhythms and depths in the body, I will also teach you how to guide others allowing this wave of life into their bodies. The effect is often an effortless way of "resetting" the energy body, resulting in resonating with its natural state of abundance.

Open for both the complete beginner and the professional bodyworker and coach.
Certification
This training is a mandatory component in order to certify in Alchemy of Bodywork or to certify as a Life Projects Coach, but you can follow this training separately as well without certifying. For more information: Life Projects Academy
