5 Elements Yoga - 0nline - Spring 2022online
Since the 5E yoga classes could not take place during the Corona period, Elke gave a series of online 5E yoga via Zoom. These lessons were so popular that we would like to continue with them! The big advantage is that you can do this lesson from the comfort of your own living room, garden, meditation room, ... You do not have to drive somewhere and also after class, when you are in a wonderfully relaxed state, you no longer have to get in your car.
Many people also experience that they can sink deeper into the postures if they practice on their own with the guidance of Elke. It becomes even more a moment in which you bring space and peace in your head, heart and body from respect and caring attention.
Elke creates a field in which she invites you, how far or close you are does not matter. A strong energy is created that can be felt in your living room. People enter a deep peace and space in their body. A flow arises through the various natural elements that invite you into a deeper state of consciousness.
Beginners as well as experienced practitioners are welcome to go inside, on a journey to a still mind, a peaceful heart and a vital body.
5E Yoga helps you to sink into yourself out of deep respect for your body and life. It creates space where you have no space, which also gives your thoughts and emotions a place to become calm.
The 5 natural elements WOOD, FIRE, EARTH, METAL and WATER are wonderful keys to achieve a deeper, more relaxed and more vital way of being present. You feel supported and nourished by LIFE.
Conscious practices are essential if we do not want to keep our body healthy. Gentle forms of movement such as yoga help the body regain and maintain its energy and help it heal itself physically, mentally and spiritually. And all this always from a deep respect for your body.
5-element yoga teaches you to balance the different natural elements in yourself. By regularly practicing this form of yoga, you bend the old physical, emotional and mental limitations and patterns into a new more vital and conscious form.
- After each lesson you will receive a link to the recording of the lesson via email, so you can repeat the lesson as many times as you want.
- Those who register, even after the start of the first lessons, will receive the link to the first lessons by email. The following lessons can then be followed 'live', or viewed afterwards as desired.
- Enrollments are closed at 4 pm CEST on the day of the class. Those who register in time will receive the link via email for the live participation via Zoom. Those who register later will receive the link to the recording afterwards.
- The recordings are no longer accessible one week after the end of the entire series of lessons. Then you can register for the next series.
