Since the 5E yoga classes could not take place during the Corona period, Elke gave a series of online 5E yoga via Zoom. These lessons were so popular that we would like to continue with them! The big advantage is that you can do this lesson from the comfort of your own living room, garden, meditation room, ... You do not have to drive somewhere and also after class, when you are in a wonderfully relaxed state, you no longer have to get in your car.

These two days are for the advanced 5 Elements Yoga practitioners, the already certified teachers and those who want to be certified as a 5 Elements yoga teacher (see conditions at the bottom of this text).
This training aims to bring depth to your own yoga practice or in your lessons. On day one, Hilde, Koen and Elke will each teach a piece from their years of experience as a teacher in 5E Yoga.

UPDATE 6/10 Due to travel restrictions concerning Corona, a lot of you cannot come to Hamme. We therefore chose to change this training into an online Zoom meeting of half a day. We will, amongst other things, go deeper into the "origin" movements. If you can't make it for the live Zoom session, you will get a link to the recording afterwards.
This training is only for those who have already participated to the LFR teacher training.
