Inner Alchemy  – module 1: activate your life core (Tantien) and 3 life axes Chi Kung

Inner Alchemy - Consciousness training is the foundation of the Life Projects method. The focus is on inner self-realization.

This module is all about understanding the "3 life illusions", from a meditative state. It really helps you to come back "online", into your life. Back in the vertical axis, connection, between heaven and earth.

The core of human suffering comes from our false (illusionary) connection with life, earth and heaven. You will learn to re-open your connection with life, heaven and earth and thus open up for a much greater intensity of life.

Inner Alchemy is a simple and complete path to self-realization. For many who already attended this workshop, it was one of the most powerful experiences of consciousness they ever had!

 

The lessons consist of pieces of theory, soft exercises and self-massage and a lot of sitting or lying meditation and even dark room meditations. Topics of this training are:

  • Building up your core in the belly, lower tantien.
  • Discovering, understanding and transcending the three human illusions.
  • Guided Alchemy meditations.
  • Grounding your body.
  • Opening the source of vitality in yourself.
  • Connecting with the energy of heaven.
  • Melting your mind with the universe.
  • Awakening the holy fire.
  • Connecting to the nature elements.
  • Experiencing the harmony of 3 within yourself.

  • Discovering, understanding and transcending the three human illusions.
  • Self-realization and awareness.


Entry Conditions

  • This training is suitable for the complete beginner and for the experienced meditation practitioner.
  • The only requirement is a willingness and desire for inner consciousness.

We offer several Inner Alchemy modules. These modules form a whole, but some can also be followed separately. They give you all the necessary tools and information to start the inner alchemy process effectively. Check our calendar for more info. (You can filter it to "Alchemy of Life", so that the list becomes shorter).
