Content

This is a weekend solely for women and continues where the basic series ended. 

We focus on encouraging and exploring our sensuality as a woman and the connection with the unconditional love in our hearts.

We learn how to become one again with our yoni and its miraculous, divine power. We free our feminine, sensual power by pushing boundaries, limitations and thought patterns. The willingness to do so is required and the lessons give you all the tools to more liveliness, a radiant sensuality and a stable female power.

The following topics will be discussed:

  • Deep heart-yoni connection.
  • Embracing our yoni.
  • Adrenal-breathing exercises and other stimulants.
  • Transcending ancient shame.
  • Knowledge and learning to work with pelvic muscles and sexual reflex zones.
  • Deepening of the female cycle.
  • Yoni healing exercises.
  • Space to share experiences / questions.

You can buy a jade egg if you want during the first day, including a handy pouch.

For whom is this training appropriate?

For every woman who has the desire:

  • to contact her femininity profoundly.
  • to honour her body
  • To stand in her feminine power.

 

Entry Conditions

To participate Katrien expects you to give your commitment in three areas:

  • Having participated in the Alchemy of the Wise Woman - weekend - part 1 or Alchemy of the Wise Woman - basic course
  • Being present during each of the four classes even if you do not feel well, you're tired or even sick. Given the intense and special relationship that exists between the women it is important that we as a group support and encourage each other in this process.
  • Being willing to step out of your comfort zone, supported by Katrien and the special woman energy of the group where we will bathe in every night.
