During this three-day course you work with the direct translation of "living according to the principles of nature" in your leadership and organization. Here you get an answer to the question "How do you do that, every day, and very specific in my current work and living situation?"?’

  • Releasing the creative potential in yourself and in the people in your organization.

  • Discover the power of your energy field and learn to apply it in your leadership.
  • Creating a living organization or in other words an "ecosystem".  
  • The 4 phases of Alchemy of Creation.
  • Effective communication by applying the 4 dimensions and the elements. 
  • The dynamics between human potential, functional potential and your clients.  
  • Looking at obstacles through alchemy eyes. Nature as a mirror to transform obstacles in yourself, your team and your organization.
  • Living from your element. Discover your own element and that of the people around you.
  • Team building, organizational development and "business development" in the alchemical way.

Unique leadership journeys to ancient energetic places of power: an invitation to embrace the full potential of YOU as a person and as a leader, but also to investigate and experience directly how a company that has the power of a natural ecosystem would function. We also call them "Life Initiations" because they are indeed initiations in a  renewed consciousness, and in that way more sustainable and more life-altered than an insight or a beautiful experience.

We organize these Life Initiations at the following locations:
