A year-long trajectory in which leaders learn and explore together how to apply the 'Alchemy of Leadership' in the practice of work and life. This requires that the leader has sufficient knowledge and experience in the 'Alchemy of Leadership' principles.

You can only participate in this training after a personal invitation by Dirk Oellibrandt.

In September we will organize a Life Initiations Journey to the Cathar region (FR) from 20th till September 24th, 2021.
