Inner Alchemy – module 1: body – activating your life core

This extra Inner Alchemy 1 module is given by Elke. Elke certified last year as Inner Alchemy 1 teacher and will give this training for the second time. The series is divided over 3 Saturdays which gives the opportunity to cultivate the meditations and exercises at home and then deepen and enrich them together.

If you are starting with Inner Alchemy, you should preferably start by following this first module. It is the best way to get acquainted with the method.
However, the first module is much more than ‘beginner level’. It is the foundation on which you build the alchemy process and it remains that way in all other modules.
Module 1 is about building a strong core in your lower tantien (energy center), your belly. It is the “origin place” where there is an enormous life potential. It is your place of origin, your “small bang” within yourself.
When you can awaken this place, you will feel a powerful shift in your energy and quality of life. You will get deeper roots, and a place where you can come home to at any moment. It brings you deep into your body and in connection with the earth, the sky and the forces of nature.

Inner Alchemy or Neidan, has its roots in Taoism, but this form was shaped by Dirk Oellibrandt in a way that makes it usable in our modern life, without losing the original wisdom and depth. On the contrary.

Many students who have already taken this module experience a clear difference in consciousness and presence, which makes their worldly path clearer, more mental and emotional clarity comes and physical healing occurs. This training helps you to really come “online” again in your life. To open a deeper layer of consciousness, back in the vertical axis between heaven and earth.

The classes consist of bits of theory, gentle exercises and self-massage and a lot of sitting or lying meditation and perhaps even dark-room meditations. Topics of this training are:

• Building up your core in the belly, lower tantien.
• Sink deeper into the yin of your body and the earth.
• Guided Alchemy meditations.
• Grounding your body.
• Opening the source of vitality in yourself.
• Connecting with the energy of heaven.
• Melting your mind with the universe.
• Awakening the holy fire.
• Connecting to the nature elements.
• Experiencing the harmony of 3 within yourself.

Entry Conditions

• This training is suitable for both the complete beginner and the experienced meditator.
• The only requirement is willingness and desire for inner awareness.
