Inner Alchemy – module 1: body – activating your life core

If you are new to Inner Alchemy, preferably, you would start by following this first module. It’s the best way to get aquatinted with the method.
However, the first module is much more than “beginners level”. It is the fundament where you build the alchemy process on and stays that way throughout all the other modules.
Module 1 is all about building a strong core in your lower tantien (energy center), your belly. It’s the place from where you came into existence and a huge life potential is present there. It’s your place of origin, your “small bang” inside of you.
When you can awaken this place, you will feel a powerful shift in your energy and quality of life. Inner Alchemy – Consciousness training is the foundation of the Life Projects method. The focus is on inner self-realization.

Module 1, 2 & 3 all have there specific quality, but together they form a whole, a “trinity,” where each layer is entangled with the other. In this way they form a solid fundament for further development. If you are an experienced meditator you can start with any of the first 3 modules according to your own choice.This module is all about understanding the “3 life illusions”, from a meditative state. It really helps you to come back “online”, into your life. Back in the vertical axis, connection, between heaven and earth.

Inner Alchemy – Consciousness Training is the foundation of the Life Projects method. It is the “base” and core of our Inner Alchemy program.

Inner Alchemy or Neidan, has its roots in Taoism, but is taught by Dirk in a way that makes it useful in our modern life, without losing the original wisdom and depth. On the contrary.

Many students who have already taken this module experience a clear difference in consciousness and presence, which makes their worldly path clearer, brings more mental and emotional clarity and physical healing.

While other Life Projects trainings often focus on physical movement, on how you can apply the information provided in your life,… during this consciousness training we focus on inner self-realization.

This training helps you to really come “online” again in your life. Back in the vertical axis between heaven and earth.

The core of human suffering comes from our wrong (illusory) connection with life, earth and heaven. You will learn to open your connection with life, heaven and earth again and thus come to a much greater life intensity. This module is completely dedicated to the meditative understanding of the 3 illusions.

Inner Alchemy is a simple and complete path to self-realization. For many who attended this workshop, it was one of the most powerful consciousness experiences ever!

The lessons are built up from bits of theory, gentle exercises and self-massage, and lots of sitting or lying meditation and even dark room meditations. Topics of this training are:
