TRUE LEADERSHIP

How do life and nature succeed in creating everything around us with such moving beauty and a high degree of perfection? What would it be like to reconnect with these intelligent systems that have been truly successful for billions of years? What are the laws and steps within the blueprint of life, and how can we as human beings learn to apply them with the same efficiency?

For 20 years, I have brought this theme to existing leadership structures. There are certainly exceptions, but I have learned that many leaders currently in power are so deeply attached to the system and their position that they are unable or unwilling to truly see what is happening, or to approach things in a fundamentally different way. Meanwhile, the current system is no longer sustainable and is twisting itself into every possible shape to avoid an inevitable collapse.

What we need are leaders who place truth and values first, and who are not attached to position or material wealth. Some of these leaders may emerge from within the existing system, but many others still do not realize they are leaders. True leadership does not arise from mental strategies or manipulation, but from the congruence between your words and actions. In other words, it is a natural expression of your state of being and the realization of your Life Project — your ability to create naturally.

‘Alchemy of Creation’ allows natural leadership to rise organically to the surface. This training is open to leaders working within existing systems, as well as to those who feel the calling to develop their natural leadership qualities and are driven to create their Life Project.

For me personally, the 8 Core Principles of Creation are the most important creation of the past year. They are about the art of living and creating in the same way that nature and the universe do. As humanity, however, we have spent the last century trying to do things entirely our own way — with all the consequences that come with it.

Wisdom teaches us that it is time to listen again to what is real and unchanging. And this is possible.

During this 3-hour online workshop, I will describe in detail the 8-step blueprint that life and nature use to create and organize everything. I will also compare this with the way we as humans tend to organize ourselves and our systems. Throughout the cosmos, the same universal principles are at work. By moving away from these natural laws, we limit the success and fulfillment we can truly create. For every leader ready to see this, an enormous potential is waiting to unfold.
