The fundamental principle of life is that everything grows from the core. A flower, a tree, a person, even the universe. The core is our place of origin—of inner knowing and Being. Coming home to that place provides a sense of foundation: an arrival at the heart of who you are.

The earth is a magnetic being that draws us to it. We call it gravity, but it’s actually the love of the great mother. Our womb also contains such a magnetic place. If you live from there, you attract what suits you. This brings more simplicity, peace, and direction to your life.

For me, this homecoming has brought confidence in what life has in store for me. It helps me to continue forging my own path in a society full of unrest, distractions, and stimuli. It helps me to remain standing in the storm, to sail on the deep knowledge from within, and to listen to the whispers of my heart. It gives me the feeling of being “online” between heaven and earth—nourished by nature, the soul of humanity, and life itself.

During the three-day Inner Alchemy training, I’d love to take you on a journey within, to your essence and place of origin. You’ll experience and expand your inner space, enabling you to more effectively navigate the world around you. Your grounding and emotional-mental stability will become stronger, and you’ll have more space to receive help and support from the spirits in your field.

The days are structured around guided sitting and lying meditations, gentle body-oriented exercises, self-touch, and bits of theory – so you can absorb the ingredients of alchemy through your body.

Ingredients of this training include:

• Building a core in your belly center
• Finding grounding, earthing and peace in your body
• Access the source of vitality within yourself
• Landing in the foundation of your Being from which Doing naturally arises
• Strengthening your grounding and emotional-mental stability
• Sinking into the earth and letting the sky embrace you

• The experience of being embodied in your life

I’m grateful that I’ve been able to walk the path of inner alchemy for years, and that I continue to find depth and wonder in it. It has brought me a place of homecoming—of landing in my body and in my life. I searched for this place for a long time, with a deep knowing that it existed. And the beautiful thing is: this place is there for everyone.
