From Intake to Impact
The training begins weeks before you arrive. You bring a question that truly matters: a strategic dilemma, a cultural issue, a transition that is stuck. During a personal intake we explore the layers beneath it, opening the field before the first training day. You start differently, more aware, and ready to go into depth immediately.
Ideally, you attend together with a colleague, co-leader, emerging talent, or change partner—so that what moves you can take root in your shared environment.
The Tension That Is Allowed to Be Felt
Many leaders recognise the tension between longing for calm, presence, and a harmonious private life—and at the same time feeling called to give direction, take responsibility, and contribute to something that matters. That tension is often pushed aside. Here, it may be felt. Nature shows us that nourishment from within and contribution to the whole naturally belong together.

This training is intended for anyone in a leadership role—whether you are familiar with the Life Projects approach or encountering it for the first time. For leaders who have the courage to stay true to themselves and take their role in the world seriously

You are invited to take this trajectory together with a colleague, co-leader, or trusted partner you work with.
When registering together, you receive an €800 discount per participant. This discount applies to each additional participant from the same organization, up to a maximum of four participants, ensuring there is also space for exchange with leaders from other organizations.
This invitation is for those who do not wish to take the journey alone, but to enter it together—so that what is touched can also find its place in the daily practice of your organization.

After completing your registration, Gonnie Been will contact you for a personal intake conversation.
This conversation takes place before the start of the training and is intended to get acquainted, explore expectations, and pause with the question you bring.
* The language of the course depends on the participants. If an international student takes part, the course will be given in English. If not, the course will be held in Dutch.
