Organizational Alchemist, Trainer in the 8 Core Principles and team member of Life Projects, with a focus on orchestrating living systems from the core.
From a young age, I found my home in movement—dance, water, the quiet knowing of a body that understands the way. Later, my work led me into large organizations and international systems, from Microsoft Netherlands to co-founding the World Benchmarking Alliance, an organization dedicated to system change on a global level.
Throughout all those experiences, one question kept returning: how do you orchestrate a living system from your own core, in attunement with the core of the collective?
Within Life Projects I found a grounding that brought this question to life. The alchemy and the 8 Core Principles offered language for what I had always intuitively felt: leadership arises when inner knowing and the larger system begin to resonate with one another.
Today, I am a trainer within the 8CP School and a member of the Life Projects team. I guide leaders and organizations to move from their essence—strengthening the whole and allowing life itself to give direction again.
