Inner Alchemy – module 1: ‘Activating your life core’ – online training for beginners and advanced: discover and deepen

You can move a houseplant or a vase of flowers, but you can’t just do whatever you want with a deeply rooted tree.

In this time, where everything around us is falling apart more and more and the collective layer of fear is getting thicker, the most valuable thing for us as human beings is to have a stable inner core. A place that does not move along with the madness. A place where you can come home to and that is unsullied… no matter what happens. And this is exactly what most of us miss. It is something we do not or hardly know, and from which we are being sucked away at high speed. Inner Alchemy brings you to that place, that stable core within you.

This online Inner Alchemy training was not on the program at first, but given the circumstances, the need, and especially because I feel that this will be a great help to many, I feel strongly called to do this. In these crazy times, the ability to sink into your core when you choose to is a treasure that gives you stability, vitality and a sense of what you are doing here in this world. And not to forget: from your core you can remain open-minded, but you are difficult to manipulate. Because in essence all cores are one.

Inner Alchemy brings you to your point of origin. That is not the soul, not the silence in mindfulness, but where body, soul and mind originated. A cosmic place of origin that we see symbolically in the big bang, but also in the moment of your conception. This original spark is not something that, in my case, happened 61 years ago, but something that is NOW present in every cell, every thought, every feeling. During the past 30 years I have dedicated myself to how to find this place again, to live from there and to help others to do the same. The method has grown into a powerful and effective path in which various ancient spiritual wisdom streams come together. This gives great power to this path through the presence of the spirits and masters of these traditions.

A cosmic place of origin that Recently I gave this training to a group of dedicated students. The difference between how they arrived and how they left could hardly be greater. During day one there was a huge amount of fear, uncertainty and toxicity in the body and aura. Through the meditations and especially by sinking deeply into the core together, this dissolved and changed into experiences such as “being home, peace, vitality and strength“. Seeing this gave me the idea to offer it to an even wider audience.

Is it possible to transfer this intelligence through an online training? If you can let go of the illusion of distance, the answer is without a doubt: YES. The essential process during these meditations happens in dimensions where there is no time and space as we know it. So it doesn’t matter whether someone is 5 meters or 5,000 kilometers away from me. I still like live meetings myself, simply because you can touch each other and feel each other up close. But during Inner Alchemy, which is a purely individual process, this doesn’t play a role.
