Inner Alchemy – Module 1: ‘Activating your life core’ – online training for beginners and advanced students: discover and deepen

You can move a houseplant or a vase of flowers, but you can’t just do whatever you want with a deeply rooted tree.

In these times, where everything around us is increasingly falling apart and the collective layer of fear is growing thicker, the most valuable thing for us as human beings is a stable inner core. A place that doesn’t sway with the madness. A place you can come home to and that is untainted… no matter what happens. And this is precisely what most of us are missing. It’s something we barely know, and from which we are being sucked away at high speed. Inner Alchemy brings you to that place, that stable core within you.

This online Inner Alchemy training wasn’t originally on the agenda, but given the circumstances, the need, and especially because I feel this will be a great help to many, I feel strongly called to do so. In these strange times, the ability to sink into your core whenever you choose is a treasure that gives you stability, vitality, and a sense of what you do here in this world. And not to forget: from your core, you can remain open-minded, but you are difficult to manipulate. Because, in essence, all cores are one.

Inner Alchemy takes you to your point of origin. This is not the soul, not the silence of mindfulness, but the place from which body, soul, and mind emerged. A cosmic place of origin that we see symbolically in the Big Bang, but equally in the moment of your conception. This primordial spark is not something that, in my case, happened 61 years ago, but something that is NOW present in every cell, every thought, every feeling. For the past 30 years, I have dedicated myself to finding this place again, living from it, and helping others do the same. The method has since grown into a powerful and effective path where various ancient streams of spiritual wisdom converge. This, through the presence of the spirits and masters of these traditions, gives this path great power.

I recently gave this training to a group of dedicated students. The difference between how they arrived and how they left could hardly have been greater. On day one, there was an enormous amount of fear, uncertainty, and toxicity in the body and aura. Through the meditations, and especially by sinking deeply into the core together, this dissolved and transformed into experiences of “being at home, peace, vitality, and strength.” Seeing this inspired me to offer it to an even wider audience.

Is it even possible to convey this intelligence through an online training? If you can let go of the illusion of distance, the answer is undoubtedly YES. The essential process during these meditations takes place in dimensions where time and space as we know them don’t exist. So it doesn’t matter whether someone is 5 meters or 5,000 kilometers away from me. I still love in-person encounters, simply because you can touch each other and feel each other up close. But during Inner Alchemy, which is a purely individual process, this doesn’t matter.
