Alchemy of Creation – True Leadership<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Alchemy is known as ‘the art of making gold’. It is the ability to turn something ordinary into something extraordinary, or to make ‘gold from lead’. It is a science thousands of years old that was practiced worldwide and had many applications, but is now largely forgotten. It’s an art of living<\/strong> that can be re-membered<\/strong> by everyone by reconnecting with true life<\/strong>, nature<\/strong>, and the universe<\/strong>. At Life Projects, we have compiled this original knowledge of how life works<\/strong> with the help of authentic Eastern and Western masters and cast it into a form that can be understood and applied by anyone longing for authenticity<\/strong>. The alchemical building model for this is simply nature<\/strong>. <\/p>

The global crisis of recent years has made it clear that if we continue our alienation from nature and the earth, we will completely destroy ourselves, our loved ones, and our environment. It must and can be different. But how? Lao Tzu, the mystical Tao master, once said: <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our organization uses the Alchemy of Life<\/strong> to help people realize their life project from who they truly are. We see two groups of people in this, each with a different starting point on their alchemy journey. The first group consists of our private students who have immersed themselves for a long time in the alchemical laws of life<\/strong> and have thus enormously improved their quality of life. We now want to help them take a step further in realizing their life project. There is knowing how life works, and then there is effectively putting this into practice in the world. <\/p>

Our second group has built up over the past 15 years through our Alchemy of Leadership<\/strong> program. We have successfully helped many leaders create lasting and effective transformations in their lives and organizations. This involved CEOs and managers of small and large companies, coming from a wide range of industries. But in many cases, there is an enormous gap between success on the outside and the emptiness and pain on the inside and in their private lives. They know how the world works, but if they’re honest, their life project often doesn’t fit who they really<\/strong> are. The effect is a lack of peace of mind and fulfillment. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What the world really needs now are people who carry the wisdom of the original laws of life within them, combined with understanding and experience of how the world of matter works. These can be leaders from the existing world who are sufficiently open and honest to do things really differently. Since the beginning of the crisis, we as an organization have been actively working on the question “how can we contribute even better to a better, more authentic world with our work<\/strong>?” Central to this was developing a program where leaders of existing organizations AND alchemy students who are passionate about manifesting their life project can both find their place. This has led to the Alchemy of Creation<\/strong>. The foundation of this approach is the 8 core principles<\/strong>. You can see it as an alchemical step-by-step plan. The strategy of creation that life and nature apply omnipresently. From the atom, to the universe itself. <\/p>

During this 3-hour online workshop, I describe in detail the 8-step business plan that life<\/strong> and nature use and also compare it to how we humans organize<\/strong><\/em> and do things. Everywhere in the cosmos, there is the same law<\/strong> of how life works. Because we as humans do it differently, the success we can achieve is limited. This ‘Alchemistic, <\/strong>Creation Playshop<\/strong>‘ is designed to give participants a deeper clarity about what their true life project is, how it aligns with their soul mission, and how they can materialize it step by step. It is therefore highly recommended for those who have completed our ‘Alchemy of Life <\/strong>Year Training<\/strong>‘. This training will help them to externally continue what they have discovered internally in their life project. But this training is equally suitable for leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who have already been introduced to ‘Alchemy of <\/strong>Leadership<\/strong>‘ or the ‘Alchemy of Creation – 8 <\/strong>Core Principles<\/strong>‘ and want to reorganize their existing organization according to alchemical principles.
