The Alchemy of Life<\/em> is about how life in its totality can come together again in your core. It’s about discovering and honoring the gift of your life and developing your specific potential that is contained within it. Alchemy of Life consists of 2 components. Inner alchemy forms the core<\/strong>, and the Alchemy of Life training forms the energy flow<\/strong> throughout the entire Life Projects method. Inner alchemy is a purely individual and inner path, while the Alchemy of Life training is like a journey through your internal and external life using the various Life Projects components. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Alchemy of Life training first takes you on an inner journey<\/strong> where you map your current condition and underlying true potential<\/strong>. Each of the 5 elements contains a functional aspect of life. How are the elements, which are all-encompassing, present in you, and where do you cut yourself off from the nourishment of the great Mother Earth and the great Father, the universe? You connect these elements to your life core through awareness, meditation, and energetic exercises. By awakening your core and consciously connecting with your body, soul, and spirit, a new life stream will start flowing, positively affecting every part of your life. You will learn how to realign your external life with who you truly are.
