We do this by sending an attentive loving heart-smile to our female organs, our womanhood. Through breast massage, ovarian massage, and other exercises, we increase our specific life energy. We then let this energy circulate so that we can call upon it in places of need, for example in the kidneys.<\/p>

We learn to be more present in our own ‘nest’, so that reality is perceived from a solid earthly connection and not from fear.<\/p>

We strengthen our spiritual connection with our higher self. We learn to Dare to move from this deep womanhood, dare to let that love for yourself as a woman speak through your body. No longer hiding your beautiful body and no longer holding back your energy, but instead Living and experiencing Fully<\/strong>.<\/p>

Being together with other women, helping each other, provides an extra supportive gentle energy that stimulates you to live in your power outside the class as well.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
