Six years ago I first came into contact with alchemy during the "Alchemy Of Life Year Training". There, I was touched by the language of nature, where everything is what it should be. It was striking that during this course I didn't have to add anything to myself, but rather discovered what potential was already there naturally, but which I never knew. This was buried with certain beliefs, thoughts, fears, events, etc. Bodywork helped me not to be weighed down by this, but to release this stagnation in my body so that it became fertilizer for my own foundation as a human being.

What is Life?

A question that I have carried with me for a long time. Real Life started for me when I discovered that my inner world and my outer world reflected each other.

The separation I felt between head and body created my suffering. An endless cycle of which the body, together with the thoughts arising from fear, is the bearer.

The switch from "being lived" to "living" happened when I discovered that I created that cycle myself. Coming home to my body was the greatest gift bodywork gave me. It provided an ever-present foundation.

Because what if you don't just have your head as a "company", but your whole body? This means that there is much more space to receive and process. The body KNOWS so much more than what you can understand with your mind.
