Tine Tomme is founder, inspirer and organiser of De Avalonhoeve, where Tine lives and works. She is a psychologist by training. She is a cook and grew up with the macrobiotic cuisine of her mother Marijke De Coninck. For years, she was at the helm of the vegetarian restaurant Avalon in the heart of Ghent.
