Elke Wilssens

I first came into contact with bodywork in 1998 and fell in love instantly. From my desire to also inspire and guide other people in this, I started my own practice in 2003.

I had experienced intensely how conscious bodywork had initiated deep processes in myself and in my life and how healing arose from nurturing and inviting a deeper potential instead of constantly wanting to get rid of the problems.

How by sincerely listening to what the challenges in your life invite you into, you can get closer to living from who you really are. As a result of which you will feel more fulfillment  and your vitality will start to flow.

I like the authenticity that arises during a treatment. All masks fall off, all the stories that our thinking mind creates about who we are, become insignificant and the body shows exactly how we are really doing. Every time it is a privilege for me to invite back, through everything that is “wrong”, the soul presence of the person so that problems diminish, disappear or become unimportant.

A treatment arises in the moment and is a combination of coaching, bodywork and healing. Alchemy Of Bodywork includes touch according to the 5 Elements and can thus go from deep physical, releasing tension, moving, to subtle energetic, connecting. But always from a deep state of consciousness.

About Elke:

From an early age, the question "how can one be truly happy?" was often on my mind. I could feel that there was a deeper layer from which to live. For a long time I have struggled with the connection and feeling with the spiritual on the one hand and the ability to live this in the world on the other.

I was drawn to things that gave me that deeper experience of life. From my early teens I immersed myself in Tai ji, yoga, healthy natural food, aromatherapy, ..

When I was 19 years old I wanted to follow a Shiatsu training and ended up at Life Projects. The truth and oneness between the spiritual and the physical touched me deeply and started an irreversible process. It got me on the road to fulfilling my Life Project.

I got my certificate of Shiatsu healer, 4 Dimensional Bodyworker, Alchemy Of Bodyworker, Life Projects coach, 5 Elements Yoga teacher, Alchemy Of life teacher, Life Force Ritual Teacher, ...

From my more than 15 years of experience and study of Oriental dance, or belly dancing, I developed Yin Flow, to help women to fully enjoy being a woman again.

With a lot of passion, dedication and gratitude I like to inspire other people during my lessons and in my practice!
